Marina Vorobyov, EMHA, BSN, has been a Registered Nurse in an acute care environment for several decades. Marina is a highly collaborative Nurse Executive and change-agent who surpasses clinical and operational practice standards by valuing the patient and care team. Her focus is on building a solid infrastructure, redesigning processes while building a culture based in valuing, respect, kindness, compassion, and inclusion.  As a consultant, Marina brings the necessary expertise, tools and support to create a healthcare organization unified around achieving exemplary practice standards and outcomes. 

As a healthcare executive, Marina shares her expertise with healthcare organizations to create a strategic plan that builds a solid infrastructure, empowers the nursing division, and maximizes financial goals. She has worked with the nation’s leading healthcare organizations including Kaiser Permanente, UCLA Medical Center, and Prime Healthcare.

Marina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University. She also completed her Executive Master of Health Administration with honors from The George Washington University, Milken Institute School of Public Health.
